Hi there! I'm Theresa, and it's lovely to connect with you. I'm an integrative counsellor and mental health coach, and I'm here to offer you a supportive and understanding space.
 
My journey began with over 30 years in the private sector, where I gained a lot of experience in leadership and coaching roles. This led me to become a certified professional and personal life coach back in 2014. Then, seeing how much the world's events were impacting everyone's mental health, I felt a strong calling to deepen my skills. And so, I qualified as a therapist, ready to offer even more comprehensive support.
 
My passion is to provide you with truly compassionate and confidential support that's completely tailored to your unique needs. As both a qualified coach and therapist, I offer a range of professional services designed to empower you on your journey towards feeling better within yourself. Whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, depression, or simply want to build your emotional resilience, I'm here to gently support you every step of the way.
 
As an integrative counsellor, I draw from a variety of proven approaches like CBT, ACT, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, and Attachment Theory. But at the heart of everything I do is a person-centred approach, meaning our work together is always about you and building a strong, trusting relationship.
