Open-Ended Personal Therapy
Deep Healing for Lasting Transformation
What to expect:
In open-ended therapy, we don't work to a predetermined endpoint. Instead, we create a safe, consistent therapeutic relationship where you can:
- Process difficult experiences - Work through trauma, grief, loss, or painful memories at your own pace
- Explore underlying patterns - Understand how past experiences shape current thoughts, feelings, and behaviours
- Address attachment wounds - Heal relational trauma and develop healthier relationship patterns
- Develop emotional regulation - Learn to work with difficult emotions rather than being overwhelmed by them
- Reconnect with yourself - Explore identity, self-worth, and authentic expression
- Build lasting resilience - Create sustainable changes that continue beyond therapy

Therapeutic approaches used:
As an integrative counsellor, I draw from multiple modalities including:
- Trauma-focused therapy
- Somatic and body-based approaches
- Inner child and re-parenting work
- Attachment-based therapy
- Person-centred exploration
- CBT techniques where appropriate
- Gestalt and present-moment awareness
