I specialise in providing compassionate and therapeutic counselling to support your mental wellbeing. My services are tailored to help you manage stress, overcome anxiety, improve self-esteem, work through grief or complex trauma in a safe, confidential environment.
 
My approach to counselling is very much holistic, and is rooted in a person-centred approach, whilst drawing on elements of gestalt, CBT and transactional analysis. However, at the very heart of what I do is providing space and time, that is free from judgement, to help individuals explore their challenges. I firmly believe that the individual is the expert in themselves, and I am there to support them on their journey.
